Return & Exchange Policy | Signature Scents
At Signature Scents, we are committed to delivering an exceptional olfactory experience. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, our Return and Exchange Policy is strictly governed by the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
Return or exchange requests are accepted within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of delivery. Requests are only eligible in the event of technical or manufacturing defects, which include:
Damaged Packaging: Broken or cracked glass bottles resulting from shipping.
Leakage: Evidence of perfume liquid leaking inside the original sealed packaging.
Faulty Atomizer: A manufacturing defect in the spray pump that prevents proper functioning.
Incorrect Item: Receiving a different fragrance from the one ordered.
2. Condition of Item
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging (including the outer cellophane/plastic wrap).
Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Proof of Defect: Customers are required to provide clear photos or a video showing the technical defect (breakage or leakage) immediately upon unboxing.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the scent profile, as fragrance preference is subjective.
Performance: Returns are not accepted based on personal estimation of longevity or sillage.
Expired Duration: No requests will be considered after the 5-day window has passed.
4. Refund Process (Visa & Electronic Payments)
Once the technical defect is verified and the return is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original Visa/Credit Card used for the transaction.
Please note that bank processing times typically take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
